Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of industrial AI projects, including planning, progress tracking, risk identification, issue coordination, phase reporting and acceptance improvement.
- Act as the primary on-site customer contact, working with business, IT, process engineering and procurement teams to clarify requirements, confirm issues and close feedback loops.
- Lead outsourced implementation teams using the company-developed AI engine, driving systems integration, interface testing, model training and functional delivery.
- Coordinate remote support from the GDUFS algorithm team and organize business, technical, data-feedback, algorithm-validation and model-optimization work.
- Identify and coordinate issues involving interfaces, data quality, permissions, business rules and customer cooperation to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above; computer science, software engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related majors are preferred, with at least five years of project-manager experience.
- Must have systems-integration project-management experience in discrete manufacturing and be familiar with PLM/PDM, MES and ERP systems.
- Experience with parts factories, flexible manufacturing, process management or quality management projects is preferred.
- Understand manufacturing-software delivery and be able to independently plan projects, break down work, manage progress and risks, and coordinate across teams.
- Have sufficient technical understanding of system deployment, interface integration, data exchange and business-system testing.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear project plans, meeting minutes, issue lists, weekly reports and acceptance materials.
- Strong ownership and execution; the company is headquartered in Guangzhou and the role requires travel across the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta.
