Responsibilities
- Independently own backend architecture, domain modeling, API design, data models and core engineering standards.
- Design complex business objects, state machines, workflow orchestration, AI capabilities, event notifications and exception-return mechanisms.
- Build reliable asynchronous tasks, file processing, permission auditing, data consistency and observability capabilities.
- Evaluate integration boundaries for low-code, ERP, CRM and third-party systems, deciding which capabilities belong in cloud services and which must remain core backend logic.
- Lead integration of Go services with databases, message queues, object storage, third-party workers, HOOPS and 3D-file processing pipelines.
- Define secure boundaries for AI Agent, Tool and Skill access to backend capabilities, including authorization and parameter validation.
- Own critical issue investigation, performance optimization, reliability, testing and engineering metrics.
- Work with product, frontend, QA and business teams to clarify requirements and turn complex operations into maintainable systems.
Requirements
- At least five years of backend experience, including ownership of core modules in medium or large business systems.
- Deep Go expertise and strong engineering practice, including concurrency, performance, error handling, testing and maintainability.
- Experience with complex domain modeling, transactional consistency, state machines, audit logs, permissions and domain architecture.
- Experience with workflow engines, rules engines, messaging middleware, ERP, CRM or third-party enterprise-system integration is preferred.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, object storage, Docker and common server infrastructure.
- ERP, CRM, supply chain, order fulfillment, payment, finance reconciliation, B2B-platform or industrial-software experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI Agents, MCP, Tool Servers, RAG, structured output, automated workflows or AI-assisted development is preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD, STEP, HOOPS, 3D-file processing or manufacturing is preferred.
