Responsibilities
- Independently own frontend architecture, technology choices, component systems, state management, permission models and engineering standards.
- Build multi-role workspaces, data entry, state transitions, file upload, attachment management and 3D Viewer interaction for complex business scenarios.
- Design ERP, CRM and manufacturing interfaces with configurable fields, form engines, review workflows, user panels and exception flows.
- Present workflow orchestration, asynchronous tasks, Agent execution and human-confirmation steps clearly so users understand system state and next actions.
- Explore practical uses of AI Agents, intelligent assistants, Vibe Coding, frontend test generation and business-case generation.
- Lead React and TypeScript project setup, frontend performance, maintainability, error handling, testing and build and deployment.
- Define API contracts, asynchronous orchestration, error handling and the user experience of complex states with backend engineers.
- Design stable, reliable frontend architecture from a business perspective rather than focusing only on page presentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of frontend experience, including independent ownership of architecture for complex admin, B2B or platform products.
- Deep React, TypeScript and modern frontend-engineering expertise, including component implementation, modularity, state management and permissions.
- Experience with complex interaction, long-running tasks, file upload, real-time state, exception handling and component design.
- Experience with B2B, ERP, CRM, supply chain, order fulfillment, industrial software or H5 platforms.
- Experience with AI Agent products, enterprise assistants, workflow visualization, low-code engines or page-building technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of Three.js, WebGL, HOOPS Visualize Web, Communicator, CAD, STEP or 3D-model presentation.
